My parents decided to start having family reunions since our family is starting to be so spread out. So here are a few pictures from our first Keys Family Reunion! Everyone was there except for the Tosseys who were just there a couple of weeks earlier. The kids had a blast, and we didn't have too bad of a time either. :) Yes, we loved it!
Our first fun thing to do was go to Lake Altus. Always fun there! Tyce and Kyler are best buds and have so much fun playing together.
Luke loved to just sit and play in the sand.
Brek's older cousins (Conner and Jace) were climbing all over the rocks so Brek just had to join them. This of course made me nervous so Brock went over to help. She came back later with a scrape down her leg... Did that stop her from trying? No! I had to yell at her the rest of the time we were there to get down!

Sunday night we had a fire and had smores and roasted marshmallows. Papa set up a tent for the boys to sleep in and Brek went to Avery's house for a sleepover! The kids stayed up way too late and finally fell asleep probably close to midnight. I put Tyce down in the tent where he immediately fell asleep. Early the next morning Papa brought him into our room crying! It was his first time to sleep away from us. I thought he did pretty good considering he made it all the way until morning!
Luke came inside crying one day, and I couldn't figure out why he wouldn't stop crying. Finally, I notice that right under his eye is starting to swell up! We didn't know what happened, but after a little investigative work by Daddy we think he must have ran into one of the tables on the patio since it happens to be exactly eye level for Luke. The next few days he had a pretty good black eye.
Monday morning Papa tells the boys to "Come one! Let's go swimming!" Brock was heading somewhere else so I grabbed my camera and tagged along. We went to a horse trough at Papa's hunting lease. The boys weren't too sure at first. This is about as close to the water as they would get. We finally threw them in and they were all crying!
Damon was not having it!
Tyce finally started having fun and would climb on Papa's truck so he could jump off (of course holding on to someone's hand).
Luke didn't like it either and sat up here with Uncle Keyan for a while.
Finally Kenney gets the boys splashing Papa and that's when they finally started having some fun!

Luke even got in at the end and had a lot of fun. He even plopped into the water off of Papa's truck at one point all by himself!

I feel bad that I didn't get any pictures of Brek and her best cousin Avery. She always has so much fun with Avery and tells me almost every day about how Avery is her best friend. She loves having girl time since she doesn't get it too much at home with 2 brothers!
And of course it wasn't nearly long enough! Can't wait until our next get together!
