Tyce's 3rd Birthday

Happy birthday to my little stud!  Tyce turned 3 on February 4th.  He's still my little sweetie, and I love him so much!  He is very active and never holds still for pictures!  It's a miracle I got these.

As usual, I found the idea for the cake and then made someone else decorate it for me.  Brock did a great job, didn't he?

Here is Tyce blowing out his "trick" candle.  The kids could not blow out this candle and it is definitely a normal candle.  So we told Tyce that Grandma and Grandpa must have sent him a trick candle!  All the kids had a try at it, but Tyce finally blew it out in the end!

Help

I'm a little embarrassed to admit it, but yes, I need help!  I am currently in the market for a parenting book.  That's right.  I'm at my wits end.  I feel like I need a new strategy.  The old one isn't working anymore.  Please!  I am open to any suggestions.  What do you do that works for you?  (discipline, cleaning)  Any good parenting books that you would recommend?
